With over 40 years experience in a variety of medical fields, Sanza is very proud to have Dr. Knaf as our medical hotline doctor since 2006.  Dr. Knaf is available to all Sanza owners to discuss medical questions or concerns you have regarding treatments with the Sanza device.  Please contact us to arrange a phone or Skype call.

Technical Support & Service

Should you require troubleshooting assistance with your Sanza device, please contact our trained technical support representatives at support@sanzahealthcare.com.  If service is required, our team will advise on the next steps required.

Warranty

Each Sanza device and additional component comes with a full two-year warranty from the date of delivery to the end user.  Please ensure your device is registered through our warranty registration program.

 

Sanza has been approved in Europe as a medical device and is being used in hospital and clinics, however, it is not intended to replace any medical advice, prescriptions and treatment.  Please do not substitute Sanza’s use for prescribed treatments.
